Our maple syrup is from sugar maple trees here on the Farm. We tap the trees in the late winter to early spring, when the weather is above freezing during the day and freezing at night. We offer Grade A fancy and light to dark amber syrup.

We use honey bees on the farm that help to pollinate our vegetable crops, without the bees are crops would not produce the quality vegetables that we sell at the stand. As a bonus, we take the honey from the hives, usually mid July and bottle, to sell to our customers.
