Just want to say we had beef stew last night and it was delicious, but most of all I couldn’t believe my eyes when I opened the package and saw there was no fat to trim! I’m accustomed to having to trim and throw out about 1/4 of the stew beef I buy in the stores, including Whole Foods. What a nice surprise!

I bought some Red leaf , Swiss chard, Arugula, Snap Peas & Mustard greens. I had the Arugula last night. it was so good. it was so peppery. I cant wait until you have the beef and lamb for sale. Thank you so much. I really appreciate all the hard work that goes in to the farm.

The food from the stand is great. I made Arugula pesto from the last batch-really good. Your strawberries are outstanding! Hope the stand and the hours work for you. It’s great having weekly hours open as well as weekend.

Just a note to let you know we love our beef! My cousins son mentioned after eating his first Mainstone burger, that it was the best burger he ever eaten. Harry and I had a great pot of stock with the bones and a delicious stir fry with piece of strip steak. The beef is so flavorful. Thank you for a fine product.

Your products have been enjoyed by my family all summer/fall long… I love the take of handpicked, fresh vegetables. Especially enjoyed the beets, onions, spinach, corn, lettuce. Never had a chance to get there early enough for eggs but hear I missed out. Hoping you will be able to keep us all happy for years to come!!
