A simple smoothie recipe using fresh or frozen fruit with plenty of fiber.

Ingredients
  • 1½ cup strawberries, cut up (or use frozen)
  • 1½ cup rhubarb, cut up (or use frozen)
  • 1½ tablespoons honey (substitute sugar or other sweetener if needed)
  • 1½ cup milk (fat-free, low fat, or regular)
  • ⅔ cup acai or pomegranate juice

Instructions
  1. In a blender, mix all together until smooth.
