Ingredients
  • 4-6 cups Tuscan Kale, washed and dried, stemmed and cut or ripped into bit-sized pieces
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 3-4 T Best quality olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • Sea salt & pepper
  • Red pepper flakes to taste
  • 2/3 cup Pecorino Romano cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup dried, unflavored breadcrumbs (homemade are best here*)
Instructions
    Whisk together lemon juice, garlic and olive oil. Season with salt, pepper and red pepper flakes. The dressing will be thick. Toss dressing with kale. Add cheese and breadcrumbs.
