Pork

We are raising our pigs on our own corn and vegetables and supplementing with grain as needed. Our hogs are raised on pasture, as well as our own flint corn and vegetables, and supplemented with grain.

We will have sides of pork and retail cuts available in the spring of 2012. Pricing for a side will be $4.70/ lb. hanging weight (approx. 75-150 lbs.), which will include custom cutting, smoking, wrapping and flash freezing. $100 deposit required.
