Our cattle are raised on grass and grass products alone.
We do not use growth hormones or antibiotics. If antibiotics are needed the meat will not be introduced into the food chain. We raise our own hay and haylage, which we feed to our cows. Our fields upkeep is done with sustainable methods, to ensure a high quality beef product. Our cattle are allowed to graze year round and supplemented with hay and haylage as needed, and salt and minerals. Water is accessible at all times, and shelter is available to the animals year round.
