Our maple syrup is from sugar maple trees here on the Farm. We tap the trees in the late winter to early spring. We offer Grade A fancy and light to dark amber syrup. Pints $14.00. Quarts $25.00. Half gallon $48.00. Gallon $80.00.
The honey comes from bees on the Farm that help to pollinate our vegetable crops. We have had colony collapse over the last two years, so honey has been in very short supply. This year looks promising as two hives have survived the winter. Our fingers are crossed for a fruitful honey crop for 2011.
