Our cornmeal comes from two very old varieties of corn: Long fellow yellow and Rhode Island white capped. Both are open pollinated, with the white capped dating back to the Narragansett Indians and the Longfellow variety to the early 1800’s. We dry the corn in our corn crib, then shell and grind it on a stone grist mill from 1938. We sell our corn meal in 2 lb. bags for $7.00.
